Type of a scam Online Purchase

I seen ad on Facebook for Dallas Cowboy Jerseys $19.99 each. I go to their website, purchase 4 of them. I tell my grandmother she wants me to order 2 more. I attempt to use same card. They sent me an email blatantly asking me to use another credit card. So I make my grandmother get on this website and order 2 of her own. They sent me a confirmation email but never sent her one, but they took the money out of her bank account and off my credit card immediately. She attempts to contact them. There’s only one email address…no phone number, no physical address, nothing. She sent like 4-5 emails. I sent one with an almost guarantee of no response. We just spent $120 of our Christmas money that we don’t really have to begin with. I’d really appreciate the help in finding out if this is a scam or not. Thank you. [email protected]
