Booked flight package 2 months in advance for an incredibly low rate. 5 days before flight I received an email saying I needed to reschedule. Called customer service number listed, was given flight info identical to what was currently offered on Priceline and other search engines. Called departing airport to verify flight changes and they informed me that the ticket had been voided the same day that I purchased it. Called again to request refund. Original confirmation email said refunds take 21-28 days, call center employee said 7-14, maybe longer because of Covid. Said I would get a confirmation number, then an email. When I asked about the confirmation number, they replied, “I no say that. I say you get confirmation email.” I asked where it was and they went silent. I stayed on the line while filing this complaint and they just now hung up. Still no

During a rush to fly home during the COVID-19 pandemic, I used this site to book plane tickets from a reputable airline. The tickets showed up in the airline’s system until one hour before I was suppose to check in! Then the tickets were mysteriously voided from the system and the airline said they could not help because it was the sellers fault. I called and reached out to Best Flight Search, but received no response or excuse for why the tickets were voided. I ended up having to rebuy the tickets direct from the airline for hundreds of dollars more. This site needs to be exposed for its fake sales so no one else gets put in a difficult situation or left stranded at the airport without money!
