Somehow I received an email offer of a teeth whitner for a cost of $ 1.00 plus shipping. I received a sample of the product and my credit card was charged $ 1.03 on 07-09-16 and $ 3.87 on 07-11-16 and $94.31 on 07-17-16.
When I received my credit card statement I called them to complain about the $ 94.31 charge and there was a "press 1 to cancel your account". I pressed 1 and thought I would get a credit of my $ 94.31.
I received an email notifying me of the account cancellation.
When I received my next credit card statement, I saw that NO credit had been issued. I called BellaAtHome and was unable to resolve the missing credit.
So I am pursuing further cancellation requests with the credit card company. .
