Type of a scam Online Purchase

This site claims to have creative wall art. I bought 2 wall art portraits for my kids. One was of Darth Vader, the other was Minecraft. They sent a thank you for your purchase and even a follow up email a couple days later asking how I liked the purchase. It’s been almost 2 months and response from the company. The art work was suppose to take 15-30 days. The customer service number has been disconnected. The email kicks back as well. There FaceBook forum is now full of instances like mine. They are a scam website collecting money from people.
