I ordered masks, in May, through this site because I saw several news stories online. Spent almost $40 on 2 masks plus shipping. Long story short, last week USPS ended up sending them back claiming I didn’t live at my address. I contacted the site to get a refund because I’m not going to wait another 2 months for masks. Plus, I was already upset they didn’t disclose where the masks were shipping out of on their site and the fact that they sat at an airport in China for over a month. Now they say they can only refund to PayPal which is NOT how I paid. I emailed them back today saying the will refund to my original way of payment or I was going to report them. I searched online to see if anyone else had these issues with them and it turns out everyone except one review hadn’t even gotten their packages!

Purchased a Golden Girls face mask on 5/18/20. The shop was listed on several different sites. Tracking was never sent and the website is totally gone! This is not the same shop as on Etsy.

Purchased 5 face masks on May 3, 2020. As of June 29, 2020 no masks have been received. Keep getting the run around from the support group. They say to just be patient. Tracking information has been bogus.
