They advertised a "100% free and risk-free" trial and all i had to do was pay S&H and i thought cool. I paid for it and the shipping was $4.95 and I got the product within the week. The product was not at all as effective as advertised and then i got charged $90 from them as apparently it auto ties your card to a membership that the only way to cancel is to return the product unused or unopened. They are scamming as they are advertising something as 100% free and risk free but it is not, and the false advertisement is leading to a lot of buyers being victimized into these charges.

When I called to cancel my trial the customer service people kept pausing and not answering my questions. Also, they kept trying to give me a discounted version of one of their products when I repeatedly stated I wanted to cancel my whole account.

Tried a trial offer with no subscription detail. Two weeks after I ordered my trial, I was billed for 89.99. I call and they just kept trying to reduce the price. I told told them I wanted a full refund, they said they do not give refunds. I call 4 more times, and finally they reluctantly gave my full amount, after they tried to offer me two lower refunds (30%, 50%).

So they have these scam where when you are ordering there product you pay an initial $4.95 for a biotin product. But then charged $89.99 after a "14 day trial" which apparently starts the day you sign up. It takes a week to physically get the product. When you call them to speak on your issue they state that in the "terms and conditions " you are charged $89.99 if you don’t cancel with the "14 day trial period". It’s false advertising. I’m a very unhappy costumer.

I was scrolling through a media site and an ad popped up for beard czar. I couldn’t pass up a 5$ trial it showed up with a 14 day trial. I ordered two and I waited. However…I lost around 190$ in an amount that the bank took out. I called the company immediately when I saw the charges were taken out. The customer service was horrible and the guy quickly hung up on me whom I first talked to, after he told me he couldn’t give me any discount. I called back shortly after and talked to a lady who would only give me a 50% discount, but as soon as I told her I would be getting the police involved she immediately told me she could give me a full refund. It wouldn’t have came to this if there would have been a disclaimer. Generally I like to look for one, but the advertisement it took me to for the trial did not have a disclaimer pointing to the charges that would be made. This company is a scam, and they work hard at taking your money without you knowing.

BEWARE! Company offers $4.95 bottle including shipping only you are signing up for a 3 year agreement for $89.99 per bottle they send. Upon my husband signing up within 7 days we had 2 bottles (he agreed to 1) after discovering this we called and were told he had to "accept the bottles and pay $89.99 per bottle and would receive these both each month" we are in the process of disputing this with our bank as no where were the terms listed.
