A friend told me she received money from a BCD Fund or Building Community Development. They say they help empower Americans and Australians and provide financial help. I called them yesterday and they asked I pay $200 for an activation fee. I told them I could not afford that so they downgraded to $70 which I agreed to. But they requested I send money through gaming cards, and only certain ones. I sent my money through something called Steam Wallet. They asked I send it with all the numbers scratched on the back so it could be processed. But I called them again today and now they are requesting I pay more money for a stamp fee.
