They acted as BBVA bank and asked me to verify a lot of my personal information and stated some information was incorrect that was 100% correct and then hung up in my face.

I have received a request for a loan payment. It is from BBVA Bank in Miami,,,I have never taken out a loan,,I told them that and they have turned me over to their fraud dept.,,,Later the sent me papers to file and have notorized. The report requires me to give the all my personal info. ie: social,drivers lic number and more,,,,sould I complete it??? I dont know these from the man in the moon.
