Type of a scam Employment

I was contacted about an at-home admin/data entry position for AtlantiCare, and if interested I was to contact HR via Google Hangouts. There I contacted and had a instant message interview with Lillian Smith. Went through the interview and an assessment process. Unfortunately I also provided her with my demographic information. She gave me an email for the online supervisor, Michael Merlino; who I was to contact the next day. Next day I contacted Mr. Merlino and he provided me with company forms to sign. He explained to me that my training was to be for 7 days, in which I’ll get paid for the training. He also explained to me that the company will mail me a check to be used to purchase office equipment from one of their vendors. He never gave me the name of the vendor. Today I received that check totaled $3,200. This just seems to be too good to be true that I’ll receive a $3,200 check 3 days after accepting this "admin/data entry position"
