Atlantic 2 llc is a property management company in Los Angeles, CA that is owned by DANIEL J GERLACH and operated by Kacey Morgan. These people scam using Paypal for application fees using the friends and family option of Paypal instead of the goods and services option. Once they’ve received payment, they will approve you fast, and then turn around and tell you that units aren’t available. Paypal refunded me my money even though they aren’t supposed to through the family friends service. They usually post ads on Hotpads.com, Truilla.com, etc. Be aware.
