Type of a scam Debt Collections

On 1/26/2016 call from an number shown as "unknown" was made to my cell phone. A smooth talking lady left a voice mail and said her name was Elizabeth Flinty (not sure of the spelling) representing herself with Shelby County department of checks and arbitration. She said an attorney by the name of John Anderson at this organization filed a court order that morning to serve a certain relative who they mentioned by first and last name. She said that if this person did not call by the end of the day and resolve the matter, they would be served between the hours of 4-6 pm at their residence or place of employment. The relative who was threatened, never called them to resolve this phony matter and they did not show up to serve them. THAT IS A BIG RED FLAG THAT THIS IS A SCAM OPERATION USING FRAUDULENT METHODS!!!! When you Google this address, it is in a parking lot near a Big Lots store.
