Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This was not exactly a counterfeit product but there was no appropriate option above. The issue is that I bought clothing on the asos site and the company sent clothes that completely failed to match the description on the website (meaning their size "4" was really at least a size 10), were terrible quality, and could not be returned. Asos provided no instructions on how to make a return and, after many email exchanges with customer service, I have gotten nowhere with making the return. their customer service appears to be pre-programmed messaging–no real humans. As a result, I lost the money. I question whether this is a legit business.
