Type of a scam Phishing

I received a voicemail on my phone yesterday stating to call this number and ask for the notification department regarding a package delivery between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. today. I called the number today and they said that I had a lawsuit pending against me because of a payday loan that has not been paid and I have not answered any of their calls or messages. I told them I’ve never heard of any of the companies. They say that they have my photo ID, full SSN, address, and phone number. I went by the county courthouse to verify and they said there is no lawsuit pending against me.
