Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a specific pair of shoes in December 2016. Upon receiving the WRONG order, I messaged them on Facebook and emailed them numerous times. Finally I received a reply and were told to send back the wrong order, upon which the correct order will be sent. I did so and still have not received the correct order (it has been over 3 months now). No one will reply to any of my inquiries and now I am left with nothing and still did not receive a $59.97 refund. Also, the pair of shoes I order is no longer available on their website so I will probably never receive them
