COVID-19 scam. Hand sanitizer never delivered. UPS Tracking states ArtNaturals never delivered the product to them after creating shipping label and ArtNaturals marked my account as complete. Don’t respond to phone (1-855-ART-4488),
email ([email protected]) or
through facebook (https://www.facebook.com/artnaturalsUSA).
I was shipped the wrong product in early March and they aren’t honoring my refund. No communication from them or if they do, they lie. Scammers and crooks at this company. Stay away.

They are scammers, call the 1-855-ART-4488 Number…the website claims hand sanitizer is in stock & their outgoing phone message clearly contradicts this claim.
I have reported them to this site and I urge everyone who has been scammed by them do the same.

I ordered a product from their website on 4-18-2020 and they immediately charged my account. They gave a tracking number however USP states they never delivered the product to them for shipping and they marked my account as complete. I have been trying to contact them through phone, which they don’t take phone calls, and through email ( for the last 6 days, they don’t respond) and through facebook with no luck. I see there are many complaints about this company charging but not delivering products, so please guide me as my next step to get my money back and many others and how to proceed so no one else falls for this scam.

This company is a fraud. I ordered 100% Aloe Vera gel from them and the product in the bottle was WATER! I checked the reviews they have on amazon and other people reported the same thing.
