This alleged company contact me via email as a potential job opportunity, as shipping/receiving position working from home. They told me via email/texting that I would receive a check in the mail and should be deposited into my account and use for supplies purposes. I was told to contact them once the funds were available. However I contacted my banking institution and they let me know the check was being returned due to suspicion of being FRAUD!!!! I also had a return check fee! I explained the situation to the customer service employee of the bank what happened, she explains that this is possibly a Identity theft case and began to inform me of the precautions to take… File a police report: contact the three credit bureaus and put an alert on my account. I’ve done this and now I’m making the bbb aware of this scamming company!
