Type of a scam Identity Theft

We got a phone call from a customer that we have done several jobs for, she is elderly and she said that there were 3 men at her house. The main man told her that he worked for Arrowhead and that Rance sent him out there to check the roof( we did no such thin the room is 6 months old) The main guy proceeded to tell her that the roof had damages and it would be 1500.00 to repair it. Then he told her that if she did not pay for him to fix them Rance would file a lien on her home. This same man pretended to call Rance on the phone and act like we told him to come out there. The man got on the homeowners house and painted her stacks a shiny silver color we hace since corrected that for her at no charge of course. Luckily this home owner knows us and did not fall for this scam.
