Type of a scam Debt Collections

I have received several robo-messages on my home answering machine from "Arnold Scott Harris PC, a debt collection agency." The message does not identify who the message is for or what it is supposedly regarding. A phone number is included in the message with business hours. There has not been any physical correspondence in the mail from this or any other collections agency, and an actual person has not called my telephone number either.
