Type of a scam Employment

I was contacted about a Administrative work from home position.

They told me to add another person on Google Hangouts so i did that… They sent me a Job Description which explained the job/pay ect. Then they asked for my address and asked me how i wanted to be paid… They sent me a letter with the company letterhead stating that i was hired after they interviewed me… Training was suppose to be for 2 weeks, they said that i would be paid on the Thursday before the last friday of training, they changed then said on friday. I thought it was suspicious after they asked did i want direct deposit so after i got a bank account they said they couldnt send me the form that the bank needed.
