Type of a scam Tech Support

Pop up on computer saying our computer was compromised from Apple Corp. I called number on the pop up and person there states needing to check computer for the alert warning on my computer. He said that we had 6 people trying to use computer and also our password was changed. I panicked!!! He said that Apple store would be keeping computer for over one month and I would be charged $600.00 to totally go over the computer or he would connect me with a certified Apple service center and and fix now for $600.00, so I let him get into computer which took 1.5 hours to go through my computer. I had to give him credit card number and I was charged 2 payments of $399.99 separately and I had to call my Capital Credit union to have them approve the 2 separate charges. I was in a panic with this breach as they said. Later we got another call from another Microsoft company saying our computer is not working correctly. It was then I realized I was scammed so (one month later) I filed a police report and called Capital Credit union for fraudulently being given information that the Apple company was the people I was officially talked to. My husband called Apple and they said they do not have any approved service centers and that we got scammed. Apple then reviewed our computer issues and removed anything they saw harmful FREE! I changed all credit cards, called banks, which all was extremely nerve racking since I am a senior citizen. I am awaiting the final police report. I did not have any paper work from Contact Business with address to file complaint with FTC. I received lots of paper work from TMG yesterday which is the agency used by credit company saying that Contact Business got permission to use the credit card along with lots of paperwork I never saw before. Our Channel 2 news reported on TV several computer scams and named several which was happening in my area. I feel I was totally scammed by these people misrepresenting the Apple Company. I now must pay the $799.98 since the company TMG sent a letter with all the paperwork I have not seen before. I called Contact Business and could not get through to them today. I was not provided honest information and Apple fixed issues free at no charge in which Contact Business lied to me about being a certified Apple service center.
