My sister had an unauthorized charge on her itunes account so she googled apple support customer service number and came across 877-590-7315. They answered the phone with "Apple Support." After explaining her situation, they told her that she needed to go purchase four $50 itunes gift card in order to authenticate her account to prevent future hacks. After she read them the codes in the back of the four cards, they wanted her to purchase eleven more. After she told them that she could not, they lowered it to four more. Unimaginable that they could take advantage of someone already in a vulnerable situation. Shame of them!
