Type of a scam Phishing

I was sent an email from what look like apple, regarding someone using my email that was linked to an iTunes account to purchase something, I called them to let them know it wasn’t me, and they said there was a scam going around and they have computer technicians that can go through the securing your email but it would cost money, I was stupid enough to pay it, and then I realized right after that that he was very intimidating and rude to me and I felt very back into a corner and like I was going to get in trouble for fraud if I didn’t pay. Then I called my bank to cancel my card, they told me before doing that I should call back and ask them to withdraw my payment and remove and cancel any information they had about me. When I called back I think I spoke to the same guy, he was very rude and insinuated that I was rude for accusing him of scamming me. All I asked was him to remove my payment and he said fine I’ll cancel the payment and you don’t get our service and all of that. I could tell it was a scam so I called back my bank and cancel my card. But because of the hundred and $29 charge was pending, it will go through, and then I can fight with my bank to see if I can get it refunded. I just want these jerks to get turned in.
