We contacted Apex garage repair Saturday, March 2nd. Spoke with Justin & Audra to confirm the appointment. They came out around 3:30 pm to repair our garage. Two men not in uniform just in regular clothing, boots, camouflage (look like anyone from off street or woods). We showed the two workers the garage, in which the men attempted to be repairing but after about 30 minutes, told my husband they needed to come back Monday, March 4th between 6 pm – 8 pm as they didn’t have the correct bar. On Monday, March 4th at 7:30 pm no one showed up. I called Justin at Apex to find out if they were coming, Justin said he left me a voicemail (which I never received) that he forgot to order the part and he would send out the workers on Tuesday, March 5th. The two workers came out and again attempted to fix the garage. They said we had to open from inside until they can come back with the remotes. The worker emailed me an invoice with 10 year warranty on parts and 90 days on used motor. We paid and they left. On Wednesday, March 6th, we used the button installed to open the garage, it opened, POPPED and came crashing down BOOM! I called Justin at Apex to let him know what happened, he apologized and Justin said he would come personally Thursday, March 6th to look at it. I called at 6 pm to confirm our appointment, Justin said yes, they would be out there when he completed the job they were on. No one showed. I made several calls that night, no answer, I called all the numbers NO ANSWER! We’ve been SCAMMED! I immediately put stop payment and went to my bank first thing Friday morning March 8th. The bank called Apex and Justin answered the phone, as soon as he knew it was me he hung up. I called again Justin from my work phone and let him know how disappointed I was his service and we would not be using them. I got a call from Audra who apologized that I had went through this. I said I don’t even see you located in Nashville but shows address in Scottsdale, AZ but Audra said they are based out of Columbus, OH. I asked then where is your Nashville location she said we don’t have a warehouse, were are a mobile business, not what their site mentions. I also told her I did not want to do business with them and that I would be reporting them to ScamPulse.com and she too hung up. As of today, Friday, March 8th the check has not been cashed and there has been a stop payment request made.
