February 4th I paid the first check of $650 i bought cat online. he asked this company for transportation animal. then this company asked me insurance money twice. they have to deliver today at 11am. I didn’t get and I contact them no more answer. and cat owner ,too. this company asked me insurance fee and Nevada city permit fee. first insurance fee is deposit their bank. Second insurance money asked me use Western Union. I sent to Manira, Phillippine. Total $3689 I sent.
