Type of a scam Online Purchase

first visiting angelicpugs.com this website seemed very legitimate. The website contained info about the breeder and puppies, people who had "socalled" bought pug puppies from them, info on how their purchasing and shipping the pug puppies, and seemed to be even pictures of the breeders themelves. I contacted the number on the website about possibly purchase a pug, she responded in a matter of minutes., introducing herself as lori. we discussed the price of the puppy and the shipment through airline, and was all done in what seemed like a professional manner. she checked with her shipping company and confirmed shipping to my area. At that time she asked to make the payment through western union to move foward with the purchasing and shipment of the puppy. i went the same day to make the payment. 24hrs later i got a text from the same number, but this time it was a another lady claiming to be her business partner, asking me if i could cancel the payment at western union and pay through paypal,because lori was on vaction. i told her i could do that but i need shipment confirmation on the puppy before i made any changes. she sent it to me with in minutes of asking. after receiving the shipping conformation i went to western union to cancel the payment to find out it had be cash the same day i paid it. i contact her to let her know and she said she or her business partner had not cashed the money that i need to call western union. i did so talk to 2 different people ,and both told me the money had been cashed. i contacted her again to tell her the news and she acted dumbfounded…at this point i knew she was lying. i went back to the shipping conformation tried to call the number they provided for the shipping it had be disconnected…doing further research they had falsified the whole shipping document…the address pulled up a different business which was not a pet shipping company…i have tired to contact lori several times with no response . i never received the puppy and lost 500$
