Type of a scam Online Purchase

Item purchased from advertisement on Instagram. When item failed to arrive I looked up website. There were tell tale signs it was a scam site, unfortunately Did not die my due diligence prior to my purchase. Signs being incorrect spelling within site, site being set up within last two months, prices to good to be true and no contact phone number. I used the customer service contact and after three weeks received a tracking number. After almost 2 months I received a package in the mail that was not the item I purchased. The item I received, after looking up cost 1/15th the price of what I paid. It’s a bait and switch scam. I have been unable to return the item, receive the item I actually purchased, or receive the refund. They have a refund and return policy on the website that they do not honor.
