They said we could get our mortgage down to 2%. I asked for the Corp or LLC number and was given all the information that was in my file but not the number. According to the California Attorney Generals Office they have to provide if asked. Amstar said they would get back to me with it. They called and said maybe I should contact my lender and work with them. So I still did not get it.

They said they could reduce our mortgage rate from 3.75% to 2%. They said they could reduce our mortgage payment by $300 a month. Everything looks like it is legitimate and the forms they had us fill out and send back with our info they requested in their FedX postage paid label. I called to ask for the LLC or Corp number for the company. I got a lot of talking about my file from a man who said he was the attorney. Again I asked for the ID numbers. Was told they would call back. I did get a call but was still not given it. Was told maybe I should modify my loan with my lender. I specifically said I did not want their service. I’m really scared now they have all my information now.

They say they are a partial pay relinquishment payment collector. They tell us they will take *** off our home loan principle and reduce our interest to 2.1%. They tell us that due to our falling behind of our mortgage, due to hardships we qualify. They are not in the ScamPulse.com database and I have yet to Google the address provided. It came up on Google as a scam with no specific article showing me the so called company in question, Amstar. I feel my husband and I are targeted by many phone solicitations due to our getting behind on our mortgage and am afraid that anyone has access to our personal financial records.
