Type of a scam Online Purchase

By all accounts I think this is just a scam company who presents themselves as legitimate, but have no intention of fulfilling online orders because there is no physical inventory of the product they claim to sell. Not once have they given me an indication they are a real physical company.

I purchased items from American Weapons Components in February 2016. It said it would be 3 weeks. It is now 21 June 2016. I have attempted to contact them via phone many, many times, but they do not answer any extension at any time of the day. They say to go to their Facebook messenger for customer service. I did once in April and they responded that they had no idea where my order was and did not know how long it would be. I tried again this June, but they have since blocked me from messaging them. I tried their customer service email on several occasion but never received a response, not once.
