American Science CBD offered a free 1 bottle sample and shipping charge of $4.95, on their website:

After I entered my information, and American Science CBD charged $195 on August 20th, which was not the $4.95 that they advertised.
After the charge of $195, when I called (877) 279-5390 to cancel the order, the person said that they cannot refund an order that was made on-line.
I emailed American Science customer support and Riza Chaves replied to me that they would send an RMA number for returning the product after I received it. I have been calling or emailing daily requesting an RMA and have still not received it.
I called (877) 279-5390 again and again and now every time I call, my phone call goes straight to voice mail stating "no one is available at this time" or "we are currently unavailable to take your call".
Also, I emailed the American Science CBD company many times, but they reply that they received the email, nothing else about the RMA number.
After the first charge of $195 on August 20th, 20 days later, I was charged another $195 on September 9th without my authorization and without receiving any product.
I am ready to return the product without an RMA number from them, but I am not sure what will happen with the charges: 1st charge $195, 2nd charge $195, and this last charge was done without my authorization.
This is a scam on the advertised offer, and this company is getting away with it.

This is the email I sent to them. I only wanted to try 1 bottle of your CBD oil for my arthritis. Your ad was offering 1 free bottle, if I paid for shipping, which was $4.95. After I clicked yes for 1 FREE BOTTLE, several screens came up to try more things for different prices. I clicked NO for all of them. The final bill was $195 instead of $4.95.I want my money returned to me. And I will report you to the ScamPulse.com and Facebook as a scam artist. And the police, if I have to.
I received an email back from the CSR dept (Riza Chavez) stating that she followed the ad and received choices that I did not received. No where in her email, did she state that she would cancelled the order and refund my money. I had to receive the package, and notify them. After they are notified, the company will send me a return order #. Then I can return the package for a refund, after they received the package.

Then he called and ordered the oil . They took the order and money was charged on my bank account. $149.95. Have waited and called since March 12,2018. Then we canceled because every time we called they couldn’t find our order. They said it would be refunded. Never was. Called again, they said it would be mailed. Still nothing.
