Keep getting calls from American Medical Collection Agency saying I owe for a bill but I know I don’t all medical bills are paid out of pocket or by my insurance and charity at the hospital I go to. When you call the number back some foreign automated voice comes on and puts you on hold forever, then when you finally get a human and you start asking questions they get snippy and then if you say you don’t have a bank account or credit cards they hang up.

I received regular calls regarding a lab bill for my daughter. They have attempted to get me to give my credit card number over the phone to cover the bill. I received an invoice which when I went to pay it, both Chrome and Safari flag their site as a scam site trying to obtain personal information.

A man by the name of Khan called. He asked me to verify my address and date of birth. He got upset when i asked him where he was calling from and when i asked specific questions. He claimed to be calling from American Medical collection agency. He said that he was trying to collect a debt for a laboratory bill. I told him i have not been to a lab and i did not recognize the doctor’s name. He hung up on me when i asked him for details about the debt.
