American Home Servicing Center is a total mortgage rescue scam. They requested money up front and when I cancelled my services with them August 15th(48hours later) I am still fighting for my refund as of December 30, 2015 almost 6 months later. I have documentation from Elizabeth Davis stating she would refund my monies in FULL. She has promised to send it on two different occasions in October yet I have nothing. I have left many messages for Elizabeth Davis, Emma Cruz, and E Luna—to date 50 vms and 27 emails. They do not return my call or if I call the service center and speak to someone live, after I ask for Elizabeth Davis, they hang up on me. I have written emails documentation of my attempts to collect and AMC responses to refund me full. I have pleaded with them to just me me my funds so we can terminate our relationship. I want my full refund and will not stop contacting them until I do.

This is unethical and abusive to me as a consumer.
