Kristen Hagen is the supposed CEO for a company that sells you a membership for scribe credentials and education materials, which are completely unnecessary, but a source of help for students seeking an advantage in the medical field. The fictitious contact information leads you to a phone service that seems to be an answering/ message service by individuals whom do not give any reliable information. Once a member, the terms to cancel are unbelievable. I was told I had to have a written cancellation sent to an email that is invalid. This scam also adds mandatory fees and “trainings” that are automatically charged. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau by multiple unresolved claims.
