My Story
Everyone please meet America! This sweet girl is looking for her forever home. She’s been with us as a foster dog for a little over a month. She’s the sweetest, happiest, easy going girl! She’s medium size, 43 lbs. and probably 3 years to mid aged.
Some great thing about “Meri:
potty trained
has never chewed or destroyed anything, but loves Nyla bones.
knows sit, stay, shake hands
rides excellent in a car
doing better on a leash, but still needs a little work
soft, short hair-minimal shedding
dog friendly, (not cat tested)
likes all people, (not small child tested)
minimal barking, mostly when she’s excited (and it’s the cutest little bark/howl)
does not jump on people
she does not like crates, but a crate is not needed with Meri.
From night one she has had free rein of our home and has never had an accident or chewed.
She’s happiest with a comfy dog bed, a good bone to chew on and a window to look out of. She’s a super mellow girl who prefers to be by your side rather than anywhere else.
