Called Amazon Prime as an order delivered was not received. Called the Amazon number and got a foreign man. Hung up with him since I didn’t think he could help me. He called me back on this phone 315-678-3621. Asked me to go on Amazon to verify my credit card on Amazon and order an XBox $50 card. He said he would refund the $50 to me as well as the item not received.
He didn’t do any of that.
