An Indianapolis business has created an LLC deliberately close to BBB-accredited Alpine Kansas City in order to piggyback on that established reputation. As a result, we: 1. have experience increased maintenance complaints from our confused tenants who don’t understand why they’ve received no maintenance from us (after they reported their complaint to the wrong business), 2. have increased complaints from applicants who were treated rudely, ignored or bilked altogether of their application/deposit money, 3. have had angry and confused property owners cancel contracts with us because they have been interacting with the Indianapolis company and don’t understand that is not part of our company 4. have begun receiving payment demands from unpaid contractors who did work for them, not us.
