Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company promoted their products through television show wear, Instagram, and website promotion. I felt safe purchasing a product from them because of their methods of advertising, but since placing my order I never received any confirmation for status order or delivery updates. There was no telephone number to call, and the email they provided did not respond back after multiple attempts. I’ve tried reaching them through Instagram comment and direct message, with no success. It is impossible to get in contact, and it’s been 3 weeks since order placement.
