Type of a scam Phishing

I have been attempting to sell my vehicle online and have made ally financial aware of the fact that I am attempting to sell my vehicle (they have claim to my auto loan) through the online classifieds.

I believe I have been hacked with my Craigslist account, which has been deleted and recreated under 2 emails. Thus far, I had all of my inmails intercepted via Craigslist, I have had phishing on my computer, and believe it is in part due to phishing on Allys behalf (I believe, on the back end, they are paying workers to intercept personal seller activity when made aware of it as such).

I posted my VIN number on the original posting. Ever since then, I believe they have been tracking my vehicle seller activity and have inhibited me from the sale of my vehicle.

I just reposted an ad from another person’s Craigslist account and they (presumably) contacted me through a phone number listed as a Massachusetts phone number asking me if "I was selling my car with xxx description". They have masked their identity through various phone numbers/Craigslist inmails over the last 8 months.

When I called Ally about needing a payoff value, or whenever I call to make payments, they are very insistent that they want $ first before anything. This bank is a fraud!!!!
