Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

A gentleman called claiming we owe money for advertising. I told him to email me the invoice so I can take a better look at it. The invoice is mediocre looking at best. He cannot send me a copy of our signed contract where we agreed to these "terms & renewals". The fake invoice is $3,267.98 and I explained to him WE ARE NOT PAYING IT. He then called me back a few days later, harassing me and trying to bully me over the phone to pay this fake invoice, he claims he can’t send me a copy of our contract because its "Being held for safety reasons at the FDC". We will never be paying this invoice. He also claims they are affiliated with YP, which is the Yellow Pages. I personally called YP, and they have never heard of this company, another lie from this scamming company. Be careful!
