We bought a used washing machine with 2yr warranty inclusive parts & labor on 1/29/18. Within a week, the washer broke and they swapped out the washer for a different one. Again, this one started having the same problems as the first one. Contacted them, and they said they would be back the next day at 10 AM to swap out for a different one. They were a NO SHOW. Called them the next day and immediately I got a recording that their voicemail was not set up, but then got a text saying to "Please text your request to us and we will respond as soon as possible." I texted, " We have bought a washer from you that is broken, 2nd one, & would like to drop off & be refunded." They texted back, "Shop is closed." I texted back what the hours were so we can take care of this. The response was, "Company moved to Green Bay." So, I asked what the hours were there and have not gotten ANY response.
