This “Healthshare” is a complete and total fraud. Do not use them!! I have been a member since August of 2018. They would not pay my ER visit claiming it was not “life threatening”. I was 7 months pregnant with my unborn child and had several back pain. I called my OB and was advised to go to the ER because she thought I could be in labor. Alieracare is trying to not pay this claim!!!
They are also trying to not pay for the birth of my son. I’ve had to file an “appeal” for the ER visit and as for this birth of my son, the claim is still “reprocessing”. This all happened in April, June of 2019, and is still going on. Today is February 21st 2020. They are absolutely ridiculous. I hope they get shut down.
