Type of a scam Tech Support

I purchased a computer a couple of years ago and when I tried to load Microsoft software, a message popped up on my screen indicating that the software cannot be loaded and that I must call a number to finish loading. A company called Alien Technologies presented themselves as subsidiaries of Microsoft and said that my Microsoft Office cannot be loaded because I do not have the proper security and I can pay for it upfront. When I gave them my credit card number they promised to secure my computer and all other computers on my network for three years. What they ACTALLY did was hack my computer. When I had the motherboard removed and replaced by the Geeksquad, that is when the threatening, harassing calls came in from Alien Technologies. They insisted that I give them access to my computer to "solve a problem". When I wouldn’t, they got angry. I told them that I no longer needed their services…knowing very well that they were a fraudulent company and they got angry and threatening. They have since called me several times trying to get me to give them access to my computer. Once a man from Alien started the call with "Hello..XXX, Im calling to tell you that I am going to charge your card $200". I told him not to and he said he is going to anyway. I told him to stop harassing me and to get me off his mailing list…stop all "fake services" and that I no longer am a customer but he threatened me and told me he is charging my credit card anyway. In fact, he screamed at another representative "John…Charge her card now!" Charge her card! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! If they call you or if you have already been taken by them, get your motherboard replaced immediately!
