I have also been scammed by Allan King lending Services. Unfortunately, he has scammed me out of $900.00 plus $200.00 plus $100.00. I have a flipper in Arizona … but really screwed me over. AZ flipper .

I would stay away from this lender because he is a scam artist and lies to everyone, not just me.. so stay far far away…

It certainly appears that I am another one of His Victims snared by his trap of ‘Be Glad To Help You Out’..
It’s very unfortunate that I didn’t find this page sooner… I’ve already given all info that he’s asked for which is definitely ‘Pertinent Personal Info’, but I have no money to give him, so He’s offered to pay the ‘Loan Fee’ for me, to get the loan, for which I assumed he was doing because his firm would make money on the 5% interest on the amount loaned .. $35K.
Now he’s asking for $100, to which I’d have to go to a Pawn shop to get that. Don’t know what to do …

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

Initial means of contact Email

This fraudulent lender was listed on “Lendpost.com” a website for direct private lenders and borrowers to connect.
I was initially told there were no up front fees. I was seeking $50,000 as my portion for my Dad’s assisted living facility, along with my siblings. We had a contract on his house and I was willing to pay up to 20% interest for a loan period of only 45 days. I received a letter saying I was approved at a rate of just 5%. Then they started sending requests for all kinds of fees, and when I had given them $1280 they asked me to purchase gift cards. I cancelled the contract at that point, now they want an additional $200 cancellation fee to refund my $1280! BEWARE! They use both names: Alan King and Amber Lyon

Kaitlin – Sep 25, 2020

After completing the application I received an approval letter for the loan. I also received a proof of funds letter stating the funds were a available for immediate transfer. Then I started requests for money and up front fees including requested gift cards, totaling $1280. When I tried to cancel the contract they wanted additional fees for cancellation. STAY FAR AWAY!
