They take the computer over and then you have to call them and they tell you that someone hacked into you internet network address and they charge you 149.00 dollars to fix your computer online and then you have a nuber to call and they well help out if it happens again and you are covered for 3yrs. I checked my credit card and they had charged my another 149.00,so they charged me twice and I put a stoo payment on my credit card. This is twice they have taken over my computer the first on was a company calledRAB Computer Repairs they charged 399.99 dollars, which I stoped the bank from paying.I have papers
