Dusty Lobsinger – represents himself as a licensed contractor specializing in home remodels. He will request 1/3 of the project budget as a down payment, cash the check and leave nothing but a mess. After cleaning up and paying to have the remaining demo completed, Dustin agreed to meet to discuss moving forward with the project. He no called, no showed our appointment and has been non-responsive to calls and emails for the past 6 weeks, blocking all contact. He has not responded to my ScamPulse.com compliant or attorney general complaint. It is theft and a scam.
