Applied for job on Glassdoor, received e-mail response from Matthew ***, who indicated I would need to go through a paid trial period while they narrowed the search for candidates and he needed my address, phone number and 2 references. Upon providing this information, I received a follow-up e-mail saying that my task would be to "handle a donation to a charity organization" which seemed odd. They said they would be shipping upfront payment for my work and the donation to handle to my address. I told them to cancel the payment and shipment, and that I was no longer interested.
