I just received this email stating that there is a case going to be put against me. It also stated that I owe $4526.65. But they are willing to settle for $935.76. They actually gave me a case number as well… JVC ***. I am glad that I did some research. They did give a number to call. They requested me to send something in writing saying that I will pay this money.
