Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

They called my phone and asked for me by name and i asked what was the call pertaining to the man on the other end told me to hold on while he retrieve my file and we can talk more about the matter so…Once he got my so called file up on his screen he went on to telling me that i had done a payday lone and that i was defrauding a financial institution and that i will have to so up to court and when i asked about the address they had on file the address was over 11yrs ago with some company called Riverside Financial and that with my bank called MetaBank. They claim that that company put 500.00 into my account and i never heard of this before now so i called Riverside that told me that this was a scam and that this has been going on for about 6 or 7 months now and people have been calling from all over asking the same question about this. So i called them back and asked what was the name of there company they told me ACS All Care Solutions but when i tried to look them up I could not find anything on them….
