I received a letter in the mail, in anticipation of the prospect that my student loan ($30,000) would be forgiven, due to the probation that my school was under for not fulfilling their promises. I thought every thing was OK. The intention was to get the application submitted prior to end of the program. In August 2018, I paid $800.00 to take care of the filling and was promised that I would also receive pass loan payments. And that if it was not approved that I would receive my monies back.
Now I find that I can not reach any of the 3 persons I worked with Terron Foster, Michael Gavyn and Ilona Melville (323) 205-1852 anymore and that Ace Financial disappeared. I will ask for the refund of my deposit of $ 800.00

I was scammed out of $699 from this business who claimed they would remove my student loan. They said not would take 12 months in which I followed up several times but they gave me the run around. I called my credit card company and I requested a refund from the company but nothing. I reported it to my local ScamPulse.com but they were unable to reach them.

They contacted me by text saying they would help me and I called them back and they said that I was qualified for the loan erasure but I found out that I could have done what they did for free I tried to get a refund but never received one

They led me to believe that I was definitely 100% approved to have all of my student loan debt eliminated through borrowers Defense. I was lied to. They are not affiliated with the department of education nor do they play any part in the approval process. They are a huge scam. I received a text from a former employee who left them…warning me of this deception. God Bless him. Apparently he contacted as many victims as he could …and upon further investigation…I found out that this man was definitely telling the truth. He even sent out a picture of my sales person in a chat bragging about scamming someone for a second time!! Can you believe these people!! My sales person was Zara
