Business claims long term existence in Mountain View. Phone response is that they are a local business. Website lists Google, Amazon and Yelp 5 star reviews, yet an independent visits to those sights does not yield any reference to the business. The references are false. Address listed for business is a residence. Requested business license number in call and person said they didn’t have it at hand and would have to "go find it". Website lists credit cards (MasterCard, Discover, Visa, etc.) but technician who is a sub-contractor demanded cash payment on completion of work. I called the company and requested credit card payment. They said the machine was "broken". I told them I would pay when it was fixed. The technician wouldn’t leave my property until I paid cash. I refused and informed him I would call the police. He lowered the price on the invoice by $156 and drove away. I continued to speak with the company rep on the phone – requested a proper invoice with the company’s name and business license because now I felt nervous that the company may not even exist. I also requested the owner or a manager with responsibility call me but have not received a call back. The work was done and I am happy to pay for it (with a credit card) but the company offers a 5-year warranty (no paperwork supplied) and I would like to know that they are legit and the warranty will be honored.
