Type of a scam Phishing

This agency sent our practice a request for the entire medical record of ten (10) patients along with demographics. When it was time to mail the records, there was no physical address where to send the records. Also, there was no telephone number to call. I got a telephone number from the internet for this "agency", called it, and the agency informed me that they have gotten several phone calls regarding medical records requests and that it is a scam as their business is not involved with the medical field. I have sent a copy of the request to their security department without the list of patient names for HIPAA compliance. I have also sent a copy of the request to the insurance company that Accenture stated they were doing this request for. This request is very odd as they are not the contractor for our insurance providers and there is no phone number on the request to contact a live person. The phone number that the faxed request came from is 1-215-689-2447.
